Why does ARCO Arena need to be replaced? This has been studied by independent experts. Please click on the links below for more information. When is the Box Office open? The Box Office at ARCO Arena is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Can I purchase tickets to ARCO Arena events online? Yes. In fact, you've come to the most convenient place to choose your seats and buy tickets. Click here to see a list of events that have tickets currently on sale. Can I see a seating chart to find where my seat is located? Yes. You can even see a view from your section. Click here to see a diagram of the venue layout. Does ARCO Arena have a Lost and Found? Yes. During events, the lost and found is located at the Courtesy Desk behind section 122. After an event, unclaimed items will be held at the Security Desk. Can I bring food into the arena? Food, outside of baby food, may not be brought into the arena. ARCO Arena offers a wide variety of food favorites to choose from at its concession stands and specialty kiosks. What do I do if I have special food requirements because of a medical condition? If you have special dietary requirements and have questions about food at the arena or are part of a catering event and require a special menu item, please contact the food and beverage department at (916) 928-8169 for more information or special arrangements. Can I bring water into the arena? Outside beverages, including water, may not be brought into the arena. Water is available for purchase at any concession stand, or you may request a cup at any concession stand and fill it with water from the water fountain. Does my child need a ticket? Children under two years old do not need a ticket but may not occupy a seat. How do I get tickets for a group of 20 or more?
